My website needs a way for users to add their photos, and user information to get a user voter ID account. Then, they are registered to vote. They can register as candidates or voters, and elect representatives for an Elected Global Advisory Congress.

Each page should be rateable on a five-star scale by valid users.

It should be a color-rich site, but with slow web access –few photos–, and fast access options at the very first page.

Then, a way to donate, a global budget, and national budgets would be shown. Elected officials would be viewable and ratable on a 1 to 100 point scale.
